CE Scheme

The aim of the Community Employment Scheme (CE) is to provide participants with an opportunity to avail of quality training and development that will enhance their job prospects on leaving the scheme. 

The scheme is aimed at those who are long term unemployed (over one year).  It helps them to gain experience in a working environment and provides training in order that they can get back into full time employment.

The CE scheme is a great resource to Community Groups as they have access to the skills of the participants who support them in providing maintenance to community facilities, parks, sports fields, community centres, village greens and buildings.
